Where it started:
I’ve always had a passion for and fascination with the world and the people & creatures that inhabit it. So after taking some time in my early twenties to travel and explore, investigate a variety of different careers, and generally cause a bit of mischief, I decided to start capturing and sharing the stories in the world that interested me. Shorty after, I began working in TV production and haven’t stop telling the tales that captive me ever since.
What I do:
These days I’m a freelance everything. I predominately produce and direct, but love to pick up a camera and shoot, do some creative writing or even jump in the edit suite and piece together some captivating vision. Over the years I’ve been fortunate enough to predominately focus on the projects that interest me. This is comprised of mainly factual content that gets me outdoors, on adventures or introduces me to other ways of life. I also love the challenge of branching out and getting involved with a variety of other projects such as advertising, films, and different creative endeavours. However, at my core I am passionate about the real world and all the weird and wonderful stories taking place in it.
All the other stuff:
I love what I do so I spend a lot of time doing it. But when I’m not being creative I’m on my own adventure somewhere in the world either hiking, trying to fly fish, taking photos, and still causing a little mischief when I can. If I get some time to tend my veggie patch, make some wine, or eat good food with friends and family I’m a happy man.
